Responsibilities

Drive engineering initiatives through design, implementation, and production rollout, ensuring systems are reliable, monitored, and successfully adopted by users.
Identify and resolve cross-team technical and commercial bottlenecks, coordinating with wider engineering teams, other functions, and third-party partners to ensure project success.
Support the professional development of peers and junior members by providing constructive feedback on code, system design, and engineering processes.
Manage the resolution of complex on-call incidents, coordinating team-wide responses and implementing measures to improve long-term system health.
