The Senior Talent Partner, Go-To-Market at Curri leads and scales recruiting for all revenue-generating teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Operations. The role is a senior, in-house position focused on building and improving GTM hiring processes in a fast-growing, remote-first startup. This position partners closely with executive and GTM leadership to shape overall talent strategy and strengthen Curri’s hiring foundations. It is based out of Ventura, CA within a company delivering technology-driven, last-mile logistics for construction and industrial supplies.
