About this role
The Regional Workplace Experience Manager for Richemont Japan leads the Buildings & Office Services function to create memorable experiences for employees, visitors and partners across offices, manufactures and logistics. The role champions service excellence, employee wellbeing and the workplace hospitality strategy for the Group’s Maisons. It reports to the Buildings and Office Services Director, Japan and acts as a regional leader for workplace standards and initiatives.
