The Dry Dock is seeking passionate Front of House teammates, including servers, bartenders, and support staff, to join the revitalized waterfront restaurant in Portland, Maine, with a planned reopening in summer 2025. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter under the leadership of Chef Matt Ginn, working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Team members will help shape a high-volume, multi-floor restaurant with expansive outdoor decks and a full beverage and raw bar program. The position involves delivering friendly, attentive service and creating memorable guest experiences for both visitors and locals.
