The Service Advisor serves as the first point of contact for customers across multiple City of Niagara Falls locations, delivering exceptional service through various channels and ensuring first‑contact resolution. Reporting to the Supervisor of Customer Service, the role handles inquiries, processes transactions, and provides information on city services while maintaining performance metrics and a welcoming environment.
