About this role
The Service Desk L1 Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist is a member of the IT Service Delivery team responsible for supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with managers, HR and IT, and assisting new hires during their initial training. The role is based in Waltham, MA and reports to the Service Desk Manager, providing hands-on setup of devices and basic helpdesk support. It operates in a flexible hybrid work environment with up to two remote days per week.
