Hometap is a fintech company that provides home equity investments allowing homeowners to access their equity without taking on debt. The Call Center Servicing Specialist will join the Investment Support team to support servicing of investments and help ensure a positive customer experience for invested homeowners. This role supports Hometap’s mission to make homeownership less stressful and more accessible.
