Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor provides 24-hour awake coverage and is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hannah More Shelter, including supervising staff, volunteers, and guests. This role ensures the welfare, safety, and comfort of guests while facilitating their intake, discharge, and transition toward stability. The position works closely with case managers and essential shelter staff to meet guests' needs with dignity and care.
