Silicon Validation Manager

Waymo is seeking a Silicon Validation Manager to lead post‑silicon validation of custom ML SoCs for its autonomous driving platform. The role will set strategy, coordinate resources, and oversee test planning, silicon bring‑up, and new product introduction while collaborating with hardware, software, manufacturing, and supply‑chain teams. The manager will also ensure functional and performance requirements are met, drive debugging efforts, and maintain quality and reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
