About this role

This role serves as the senior technical individual contributor for reliability and support at the site, owning technical service delivery and acting as the support point of last resort before regional and global platform teams. The position provides technical leadership to site support engineers, drives major incident resolution, and sets the technical standards for the site support team. The successful candidate will balance deep technical problem-solving with executive communication and strategic IT leadership.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day site operations and serve as Tier 3 escalation owner for critical technical issues
Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring problems across identity, messaging, and compute infrastructure
Build automation scripts and represent site priorities in regional and global IT initiatives
