The Site Services Technician (Desktop Support Specialist) is a second-line IT support role responsible for resolving escalated incidents and enabling end-user technology adoption across an assigned market. The role works within established IT processes and Service Level Agreements and collaborates with engineering teams, vendors, and project leads to maintain onsite technology health. It supports executives and business users with hands-on troubleshooting, system access, and technology enablement.
