Skilled Nursing Cook

This role oversees all kitchen functions in the absence of the Food Service Director or Executive Chef, ensuring timely preparation and service of meals according to standardized recipes, therapeutic diets, and facility menus. The position requires coordinating with the facility's dietitian to implement correct diets, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, and managing food service production lines. The incumbent must also uphold confidentiality of patient information and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with residents, staff, and visitors.
