The SMB Business Development Executive I - Retention at DoorDash leads high-impact negotiations with SMB-managed restaurant partners during renewals, churn-risk situations, and exclusivity discussions. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop proposals, influence strategy, and scale insights to drive retention and revenue growth. This hybrid position reports to the Manager of SMB Business Development and includes travel to merchants as well as in-office and remote work.
