Social Worker

The Social Worker provides ongoing clinical support to congregate housing participants, including individuals with histories of homelessness, justice involvement, mental health needs, and substance use challenges. Working in collaboration with the Program Director and Case Managers, the role engages participants who require social service support and helps strengthen both program-based and individualized service delivery. The position involves providing clinical guidance, counseling, and trauma-informed practice training to ensure effective service planning and participant engagement.
