About this role

The Software Developer Intern on the Genesys Cloud Analytics team will work alongside experienced engineers to build, support, and operate cloud-based data services that power analytics across Genesys Cloud. This role involves contributing to real development projects, gaining exposure to large-scale data processing, distributed systems, and AWS technologies, and helping move AI from possibility to production in real-world enterprise environments. The intern will participate in designing, developing, and testing features while learning modern software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test features for the Genesys Cloud Analytics platform
Contribute to services and data pipelines processing large volumes of customer interaction data
Develop and test software using Java or Python while participating in code reviews
