Hark is seeking a Software Engineer to lead the development of agentic reinforcement learning environments, building digital worlds where AI agents learn to interact with software and the real world. The role involves designing end-to-end simulations, creating scalable infrastructure for agent training, and partnering with researchers to integrate these environments into RL pipelines. This position requires strong full-stack engineering skills and experience with distributed systems to support large-scale, concurrent agent operations.
