Solution Consultant

The Solution Consultant serves as the technical and product expert on the sales team, leading pre-sales demonstrations and designing solutions that align with the specific workflows of prosecutor, public defender, court, and city attorney offices. This role partners closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, supporting RFP responses and ensuring accurate technical content. The position requires maintaining deep product knowledge and staying current on criminal justice and civil workflows to effectively address prospect needs.
