About this role
NiCE is hiring a Sales Engineer, Connectivity to support CXone customer connectivity design and engagement during the presales cycle and through post-sale changes. The role partners directly with end users and their vendors to shape voice and data interconnection designs that enable use of the NiCE CXone software platform. This position reports to the Director of Solution Engineering and is an individual contributor role with some travel.
