Sous Chef - Graveyard

Reporting to the Executive Chef, this role oversees all physical kitchen operations, personnel supervision, food preparation, and cost control. The Sous Chef ensures product consistency, maintains safety and sanitation standards, and manages staff scheduling and performance. They act as the lead in the Executive Chef's absence, driving guest satisfaction through high-quality food presentation and service.
