Sous Chef- Hourly

This role partners with management to oversee restaurant staff training, ensure food quality and consistency, and maintain Omni standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, food cost management, and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. The team member ensures all food prep areas are clean and supplies are ready for timely service.
