Sous Chef

The Sous Chef serves as the second-in-command of the kitchen at Cobblestone Creek Country Club, assisting the Executive Chef in supervising food production for all outlets, banquet events, and special functions. This role ensures daily consistency and quality while bringing fresh creativity to elevate the club's dining program. The position involves supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
