Sous Chef

This role is responsible for upholding and surpassing Food & Beverage service standards at Columbia Yacht Club while maintaining a positive and profitable environment. The position involves developing innovative menus, executing fresh seasonal cuisine, and ensuring a pleasurable dining experience for members and guests. The individual will oversee sanitation and safety training, manage food ordering and production, and participate in budget and financial activities.
