Sous Chef

The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in managing all culinary operations at Presidio Golf Course, including daily restaurant service, banquets, and private events. This hands-on leadership role ensures consistent food quality, presentation, and safety standards while assisting with menu development and team supervision. The position requires maintaining an organized kitchen environment and assuming responsibility for operations in the Executive Chef's absence.
