Executive Sous Chef

The Executive Sous Chef partners with the Silver Lake Executive Chef to direct and coordinate culinary operations across multiple Silver Lake Lodge outlets and banquets. This role ensures consistent, high-quality food, strong team performance, and adherence to Deer Valley standards while assuming full leadership of the lodge's culinary operations in the Executive Chef's absence. The position involves menu development, cost control, staff training, and maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
