The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading daily culinary operations at a luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and sanitation standards. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising kitchen staff, overseeing food production, and maintaining operational efficiency across restaurant, banquet, and event services. The position requires collaboration with F&B leadership and other departments to deliver an elevated culinary experience while managing costs, inventory, and team development.
