Sous Chef

The Sous Chef assists in the preparation and operation of campus food services at Cleary University, supporting culinary classes, student dining, and various internal and external events. This role involves preparing food according to specifications, ensuring safety codes are followed, and accommodating guest dietary needs. The position requires providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and faculty while maintaining proper food service temperatures.
