Sous Chef

The Sous Chef assists in the daily meal service program for 150-300 guests, ensuring kitchen organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols. This role leads volunteer meal groups, collaborates with the Chef on menu planning and food sourcing, and provides a high-quality experience for volunteers, donors, and guest families. The position requires a passionate and organized individual with culinary experience to support the Ronald McDonald House Southwest Ohio mission.
