Sous Chef

The Sous Chef serves as the Executive Chef's right hand and day-to-day leader of the kitchen at a luxury wine estate in Napa Valley, CA. This role involves running production, developing the culinary team, and executing seasonal, estate-driven cuisine for intimate pairing dinners, private guest experiences, and large hospitality events. The position requires a fine-dining chef to step out of the restaurant grind into a setting where menus follow the harvest and craftsmanship is valued over volume.
