About this role
The 4-West Progressive Care Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to adolescent and adult patients who require enhanced monitoring and support above medical-surgical level but do not need ICU care. The role is based in a 6-bed unit with advanced monitoring technology and a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. The RN works within the Patient Care Services team to promote patient safety and recovery.
