About this role

NiCE seeks a Professional Services Software Engineer to remotely implement, configure, and integrate Surveillance and Actimize products for leading financial institutions. This role involves designing enterprise-scale solutions, managing the full project lifecycle from sales transition to closure, and collaborating with architects, analysts, and clients using agile and waterfall methodologies. The engineer will provide technical expertise on the NiCE product suite while focusing on safeguarding organizations against risk and compliance challenges.

Responsibilities

Install and configure Actimize surveillance and recording solutions
Develop enterprise-scale implementations for banking clients
Perform unit and systems testing for performance reliability
Collaborate with architects to resolve technical project questions
Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews
