Sr. Director, Business Development

KBR is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives across the Exploration & Logistics portfolio. This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, shaping, and capturing new business opportunities while developing long-term customer relationships and growth strategies aligned with business objectives. The role involves partnering with division leadership and executive teams to expand KBR’s presence across defense, federal civilian, logistics, engineering, and space exploration markets.
