The Senior Director, Strategic Planning and Business Operations will partner with the SVP, Head of Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) for Plasma Derived Therapies to shape long-term technology strategy and align it with enterprise planning. The role focuses on driving performance management (KPIs, OKRs), leading executive communications and business reviews, and advising senior leadership on strategic technology decisions. The position involves overseeing strategic operating rhythms, leading a team of strategy and performance professionals, and informing innovation through industry and technology trend monitoring.
