Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition

The Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition at Replit is responsible for developing and scaling a high-performing recruiting organization that supports rapid growth across research and development (R&D), go-to-market (GTM), and general administrative (G&A) functions. This leadership role involves creating the end-to-end recruiting strategy, optimizing processes, and directly advising executives on talent priorities, while ensuring a strong focus on candidate experience and diversity. The director will also build and mentor a recruiting team, implement scalable infrastructure, and leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making.
