The Senior Director, Total Rewards & Performance Management will set the global vision and multi-year strategy for compensation, benefits, equity, and performance programs while remaining deeply hands-on in design and execution. Reporting to the SVP, People, the role leads a small Total Rewards team and partners across the People function, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition. The position ensures performance outcomes meaningfully inform pay, rewards, and recognition and drives scalable, compliant programs that align to company goals and culture.
