The Senior Manager, Global Service Management & Digital Experience provides strategic leadership and governance for Ingredion’s global IT Service Management and digital employee experience programs. The role oversees regional ITSM teams and managed service partners, ensuring consistent processes, tools, and measurable improvements in service performance and end-user satisfaction. This position reports to the Director, Global Digital Infrastructure & Operations and leads ITSM managers and process owners across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
