About this role
The Sr. Manager of Loyalty & Subscriber Experience will own the end-to-end loyalty function, designing, launching, and optimizing a program that builds long-term customer relationships and complements subscriptions and retention efforts. The role partners closely with Retention, CX, Brand, Product, and Ecomm and reports to the Director of Retention and Lifecycle. This position is part of the company's remote HQ and contributes to shaping a unified customer value proposition across Grüns and its family of brands.
