About this role

Stellantis is seeking a Sr. Staff SoC BSW Engineer to lead platform stability, performance optimization, and boot KPI improvements across QNX, Linux, and Android-based automotive SoC platforms. This role involves deep expertise in OS/BSP integration, system-level debugging, and resolving complex critical issues to ensure high-performance, stable, and production-ready platforms. The position supports Autonomous Driving, Infotainment, and Connected Vehicle Systems within the Base Software Engineering team.

Responsibilities

Lead boot-time KPI optimization across QNX, Linux, and Android platforms
Drive platform stability and performance improvements focusing on CPU utilization and memory management
Lead investigation and resolution of showstopper and critical issues including OS crashes and kernel panics
