Sr Stock Admin Manager

The Senior Stock Administration Manager at Natera is responsible for oversight of the company’s employee equity and ESPP programs, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective communication with internal stakeholders. The role partners with Legal, Finance and HR to support regulatory disclosures and maintain equity systems and processes. It also contributes to development of reporting, internal controls, and employee education related to equity matters.
