SSVF Shallow Subsidy Case Manager

The SSVF Shallow Subsidy Case Manager works with Veterans enrolled in the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program who require lighter-touch case management services. This position helps Veterans identify, obtain, and maintain stable housing while connecting them to benefits, community resources, income opportunities, and other services that promote long-term housing stability and self-sufficiency. The role is based out of The Transition House’s Kissimmee office and includes regular client engagement, home visits, housing support, documentation, and coordination with the Department of Veterans Affairs and community partners.
