A Staff Security Engineer, Product Security at Aircall will own and drive product security strategy, ensuring security is embedded throughout the product lifecycle from design to deployment. The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, and Platform leaders to ensure systems are secure, resilient, and reliable by default while enabling teams to ship quickly and safely. This is a staff-level position with broad scope, significant autonomy, and an expectation to influence architecture, set technical direction, and mentor engineers across the organization.
