A Staff Software Engineer on DataRobot's core infrastructure team will architect and lead the development of scalable, secure Kubernetes-based systems for multi-cloud and hybrid environments. Responsibilities

Architect scalable Kubernetes infrastructure for multi-cloud and hybrid environments
Lead technical direction for core Fleet control plane and deployment services
Mentor engineers to foster a culture of ownership and technical excellence
Drive modernization initiatives including GitOps, Policy-as-Code, and autoscaling
Collaborate with SRE and Platform teams to align infrastructure with product demands
