State Policy Intern

A STEP Intern at The Nature Conservancy Virginia participates in a paid, 10-week professional development program designed to introduce early-career applicants to conservation policy work. The internship provides exposure to government relations and environmental policy teams, includes a two-day orientation and training, and culminates in a presentation to staff. The role is based in Charlottesville, VA, with a housing stipend available as needed.
