StateNet Solutions Consultant

The StateNet Solutions Consultant supports customers and internal partners in understanding and effectively using StateNet, a specialized LexisNexis solution focused on U.S. legislative and regulatory content. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, training, and technical support to help customers maximize the value of the solution while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience. Success is primarily measured by customer satisfaction and the quality of the customer experience rather than individual sales or retention quotas.
