Steward

The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, as well as ensuring high sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and related areas. The role includes heavy‑duty cleaning of equipment, operating dishwashing machines, and supporting kitchen staff as needed, while adhering to safety and resort policies.
