Steward

This position is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and storing all dishware, silverware, and cookware used in the food and beverage operations. The role ensures that restaurant and banquet kitchens are adequately stocked with necessary items and maintains the cleanliness of all kitchen areas and equipment. The steward also assists with food preparation duties as needed and manages waste disposal to uphold hygiene standards.
