Steward

This position is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and storing all pots, pans, china, glassware, and silverware used in the hotel's food and beverage operations. The role ensures that restaurant and banquet kitchens are properly stocked with clean items and that dirty dish areas are maintained. It also involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchens and food preparation areas.
