Stewarding Department Manager

This role ensures the efficient and effective operation of the Stewarding Department across all Banquets and Food and Beverage outlets at the resort. The position is responsible for maintaining high sanitation standards, managing inventory and equipment, and controlling operating costs within budgetary guidelines. The manager advises the Food and Beverage Director on departmental matters and collaborates on purchasing and performance standards.
