Store Assistant Manager

The Store Assistant Manager partners with the Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, point of sale operations, inventory management, and merchandising standards. This role assumes responsibility for all day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, assists in monitoring key performance indicators to drive sales and profitability, and supports the hiring, training, and coaching of store employees. The position also involves ensuring high levels of customer and donor satisfaction, maintaining safety measures, and protecting store currency, inventory, and property.
