Store Assistant Manager

The Store Assistant Manager partners with the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the thrift store, including opening and closing procedures, point of sale operations, inventory management, and merchandising standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing employee schedules and payroll, and ensuring high levels of customer and donor satisfaction. The Assistant Manager also oversees back room processing, safety measures, and the security of store currency and inventory.
