Store Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the thrift store, overseeing routines such as opening and closing procedures, point of sale operations, and inventory management. This role involves assuming responsibility for all store operations in the Store Manager's absence, assisting with hiring, training, and performance coaching of the store team. The position focuses on driving store sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring high levels of customer and donor satisfaction through excellent service.
